Horseback riding

LakeView Ranch is located right next door to Camp Molly Lauman and provides a variety of horseback riding programs to both Girl Scout groups and the public.  We specialize in group programs and activities for youth.  See our description of activities and pricing for details.  We are excited to now be able to offer public trail rides to groups of 3-7 people, as well as birthday parties, private lessons, and more.

Safety is our #1 priority at LakeView Ranch, and we take pride in offering progressive riding instruction in safe, supportive, and contained environment.  We will patiently work with new riders and nervous riders of any age.  A signed waiver is required by each participant (or their guardian, if under age 18), and participants are required to wear the provided helmets.  In addition, we recommend that you wear boots with a 1/4" heel and jeans.

LakeView Ranch is accredited by the Certified Horsemanship Association, and is managed by a CHA certified riding instructor.  Contact our Equestrian Manager, Jessica Hussong, today via email or by calling (740)259-1675.
